• All prices are subject to availability at time of order. We are not responsible for

• We do not ship to residential addresses.  Any charges incurred for residential deliveries will be passed on to you.

• Returns: All returns must be received within 20 days from date of invoice. If the order was returned due to your error we charge shipping costs.  If the return is due to our error, we will mail you a return label (call tag).
 
• Refund Policy: Credits & Refund amounts will be credited to your Otto Dental Supply account and automatically applied to your next order.
